Email Campaigns
Sellers need a guiding hand when they begin their selling journey on a new e-commerce platform. I created an new email campaign for new sellers onboarding to Walmart Marketplace – to get them acquainted with the tools and programs they need to succeed. This new campaign reduced our emails from 19 to 10, making our emails more concise, clear, and direct CTAs. This helped increase overall engagement with our Marketplace Learn videos and the overall click-to-open rate by 42%. Check out the email sample shown here.
